I've been an administrative professional for over 25 years and a Chief of Staff for over 16 years.
I've worked with my executive for almost 20 years at three different companies.
While there is always room for improvement, our partnership is very open, honest, and based on trust built over many years.
In 2026, I obtained my Nova Chief of Staff Certification.
In 2025, I obtained my Certified Administrative Professional Credential from the International Association of Administrative Professionals.
In 2025, I also obtained my Professional Administrative Certificate of Excellence from the American Society of Administrative Professionals.

As Duart Mull’s Chief of Staff, Jennifer L. Baron serves as a strategic partner to the Managing Partner, operating at the intersection of leadership, communication, and execution. She plays a critical role in aligning priorities across the firm and its portfolio companies, ensuring that strategic initiatives are translated into actionable plans and carried through to completion. Her responsibilities include coordinating internal and external communications, driving high-impact projects, and serving as a trusted advisor and confidante to the Managing Partner. Jennifer also supports philanthropic initiatives and acts as a key representative to internal and external stakeholders. Known for her discretion, sound judgment, and ability to bring clarity to complex environments, Jennifer is a central force in maintaining organizational alignment and momentum.
Jennifer began her career in the mortgage industry, where she advanced from administrative support to managing a closing department. Following the financial crisis of 2007, she transitioned to Endeavor Telecom, where she began working closely with Managing Partner Justin Redfearn McLain. Recognizing their complementary strengths early on, Jennifer and Justin formed a long-term professional partnership that would define the trajectory of her career. Over time, Jennifer evolved from administrative support into a leadership role as Manager of Executive Initiatives and ultimately Chief of Staff, becoming a key integrator across the organization.
Throughout her tenure at Endeavor, Jennifer played a crucial role in the company’s growth and the successful recapitalization with a private equity firm based out of Miami, Florida. She was deeply involved in due diligence efforts and supported executive leadership across a range of strategic initiatives during a period of rapid expansion. Following the 2015 merger of Endeavor with 1Path, which formed a company with thousands of employees and subcontractors, Jennifer continued to support senior leadership at scale. In 2017, she contributed to the successful exit from 1Path, marking a significant milestone in her experience within private equity and growth-focused organizations.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish with a minor in Business from Towson University where she graduated from the Honors College. She is an active member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) and American Society of Administrative Professionals (ASAP).
In 2025, Jennifer earned both the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) credential from IAAP and the Professional Administrative Certification of Excellence (PACE) from ASAP, and in 2026, she completed the Nova Chief of Staff Certification, further reinforcing her commitment to continuous growth and professional excellence. Outside of her professional role, Jennifer is a passionate advocate for animal welfare. She dedicated over 20 years to the Humane Society of Cobb County, serving as both a volunteer and Board member, and continues her involvement through the Atlanta Humane Society.
